PortalHere's what's happening with your SPE BUE Chapter.
—
Every event you've registered for — green means you attended, red means you didn't.
Discover and manage SPE BUE activities.
One place for evaluations, member ratings, Board ratings, and committee rankings.
Head, Vice, Board, and Admin permissions are unchanged. This screen only brings the existing tools together.
Rate your committee's Head and Vice. Board members and Admins can evaluate all committees.
Everyone in your committee. Members can be downloaded as an Excel file. Ratings and rankings are restricted to admins and board members.
Provide feedback on committee members who attended this event. Head and vice ratings for the same event are averaged together.
Same 6 questions as an event rating, but once per window per member — separate from any event. Ratings are one-time and can't be edited after saving.
Your feedback on Board Members. A board member is never shown their own rating anywhere in the app.
Manage members, events, evaluations, rankings, and certificates for the chapter.
Upload an Excel file with a column of member emails. Anyone signing up with one of these emails is approved automatically — no manual review needed. Everyone else still shows up below as usual.
New members who verified their email but are waiting on your approval before they can log in.
Review payment proof for each event and accept or reject registrations.
"Flag No-Shows" warns anyone whose registration was accepted for this event but who isn't marked attended above — make sure attendance is fully marked first.
Upload an Excel file (.xlsx) with a column of member emails. Everyone whose email matches will be marked as attended for the event selected above.
Create a standalone attendance list or connect it to an existing event.
Each member has one permanent QR. The downloaded QR includes the selected attendance list. New members automatically appear.
Committee → Event or Month → View Ranking → Download Excel. Every committee's data, rankings, and exports are completely separate — pick a committee first.
One place for all three rating systems — pick which one to view.
Schedule when Heads/Vices can submit each month's rating — pick the month being evaluated and the dates the window is open for. Ratings submitted inside a window are tagged with that window's month, not with today's date, so a window can run in early September to rate August.
Open, close, or schedule the rating window for each event — same controls as before, just moved here alongside every other rating system.
Customize what everyone is asked when rating the Board. Changing these while a cycle is in progress is blocked — Reset the cycle first, then update questions, then start rating again.
Members, Heads, Vices, and admins can all rate the Board from their own "Rate the Board" tab — a board member is never shown their own rating anywhere in the app.
Set an open and close date so the cycle starts and finalizes itself. Leave both blank (or Clear) and it's simply open by default — the tab only shows up for people while it's actually open.
Members of the chosen committee can vote only between these dates/times. The evaluation closes automatically at the closing time.
Mark someone as Head to give them a "Rate Members" tab scoped to their own committee — Vices don't get this access.
Anyone whose email is listed here can access this Admin panel (they still need to sign up as a member first, like everyone else). Board Members can view members, see attendance, rate/evaluate, and download exports — but can't create, approve, ban, or delete anything. Assign a supervised committee to a Board Member so their committee view shows only that committee. A Board Position title (President, Treasurer, etc.) is separate from that access level — a Full Admin can carry one too.
An event can have several of these (e.g. one for "Attendance" and a separate one for "Organizing Committee"). Members who attended the event download these themselves from their Dashboard. Deleting one removes it immediately — members can no longer generate or download it.
Click the template below to set where the name goes.
Only attendees of this event can be picked (they're the only ones eligible anyway).

Upload one ticket design and this fills in each registrant's own name and profile photo automatically. Tickets are tied to the event and go out to that event's approved registrants (not attendees, since tickets go out before the event happens).
Two placeholders to place — pick which one below, then click the template. Name: click sets the text position. Photo: click sets the box's center; use the Width/Height % fields to size the box (shown as a rectangle).
Pick who gets a ticket. Click a column header to sort.
